From the beach and main square in Carvoeiro, go up Estrada do Farol. At the top of the hill turn right into Rua das Flores. At the end of the street, turn left and take the downhill road to Algar Seco. The entrance to the Bistro Algar Seco is on your left hand side. There is ample parking at the top, and some parking spaces on the left side along the street.
